medspace.VR acted as a tool for gaining practical experience virtually at times in our course when we were not on clinical placement.

As well as exploring our basic techniques in x-ray, medspace.VR also gave us the opportunity to refresh our skills with Image Intensifiers in a Theatre scenario.

The program replicated the clinical setting so as students we could trial what “not to do” in reality but with the benefit of a a consequence free, no-risk-to-the-patient virtual environment.
